RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Quality Issues If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Bianthera@gmail.com with photos or video evidence clearly showing the defect. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Quality Returns We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference). Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Natural Stone Notice As our products are made from 100% natural Bian Stone, each piece is unique. Natural color variations, veining, and minor surface markings are inherent characteristics of the stone — not defects — and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
